QUIZ HOBBY Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are to be read and agreed upon by those who use the service provided by AKATSUKI PLAN.co.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") known as "QUIZ HOBBY." By using this site, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 4 (Suspension of Service)

2. In case of force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters making it difficult to operate
3. When computers or communication lines stop due to an accident
4. Other circumstances where the Company deems it difficult to continue the service
2. The Company will not be responsible for any disadvantages or damages incurred by members due to the suspension or termination of QUIZ HOBBY.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company will not be liable for any damage related to QUIZ HOBBY incurred by members, unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
2. The Company will not be liable for any disputes arising between members or between members and third parties related to QUIZ HOBBY.
Article 6 (Changes to the Content)
The Company may change or discontinue the content of QUIZ HOBBY without prior notice to users. The Company will not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to these changes.

Article 9 (Notices and Communications)
Notices or communications from the Company to members shall be made in the manner determined by the Company, and if they fail to reach due to member input errors, etc., the member may be excluded from the service.
